Common Questions
What is the venue capacity?
Loyal Hope can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated dinner or up to 100 for a cocktail-style reception. The flexible layout allows for a range of configurations to suit your vision.
Is catering included?
The venue hire includes all furniture, AV equipment, and styling. We now have in-house catering options that suit your style and budget.
Can we hold the ceremony here too?
Absolutely! One of the most loved features of Loyal Hope is the ability to host both your ceremony and reception on-site. Say your vows and move straight into your celebration — no travel required for you or your guests.
What parking is available?
There is street parking available in the surrounding area, and several paid parking stations within a short walk on James St and Brunswick St. The venue is also easily accessible by rideshare, which many of our couples’ guests prefer.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring at least 9-12 months in advance, especially for Saturday dates which tend to book out quickly. However, we sometimes have availability for shorter timelines — get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s open.
